Pricing
Our pricing structure is made easy, so you know from the start what your investment will be. Our pricing is dependent on square footage. Below is a breakdown of our pricing by each service.
MATTERPORT
Residential - $250 (up to 2000 sq ft)- $.10 for every additional sq ft.
Local Business - $350 (up to 1000 sq ft) - $.15 for every additional sq ft.
Commercial Property** - Site visit required for quote.
Special Project** - Site visit required for quote.
Site Visit: $165 fee for time. Cost will be part of the scan if agreement is made.

Service fees:
Residential - $100 (up to 2000 sq ft) additional cost will incur when additional time is needed.
Local Business - $200 (up to 1000 sq ft) additional cost will incur when additional time is needed.
Commercial Property** - Site visit required for quote.
Special Project** - Site visit required for quote.
Site Visit: $165 fee for time. Cost will be part of the scan if agreement is made.
**Invoice provided prior to starting the job. Any additional space will be shown on a separate invoice.
